The Company has seven Operational Divisions as follows:

1 WATCH & WARD DIVISION

Headquarters Guarding Division:

Headquarters Guarding Division is responsible for business promotion and placement of personnel with the help of sophisticated office automation system including computers under LAN environment and modern telecommunication system.This wing maintains a DATA Bank of qualified persons in the field of security, who inducted after orientation and brief refresher training.

Special Security Wing:

under highly experienced security professional, carried out threat assessment and survey of the facility / plant or factory to provide protection. Threat assessment is discussed with the Chief Executive and once finalized a cost effective security plan to counter the assessment threat is evolved.

Recruitment Wing:

functions under a comprehensive recruitment policy to ensure a wide base and to provide the right mix of personnel for its clients to ensure total security. The Professionals managing this wing in addition to being experts in security are also experts in human psychology and personnel assessment.

Training Wing:

Training Wingis staffed with professional security experts to keep themselves abreast of latest developments in security techniques preinduction and orientation training is provided to security guards supervisory staff and security offers before placement. In addition continuous refresher training is imparted to all personnel of the company to keep them abreast with the latest security techniques. The emphasis is made “ON – THE – JOB – TRAINING”.

2 DETECTION DIVISION:

This division is headed by trained professional detectives who are active members of various international organizations. The specific requirement of the client is studied and identified in the first meeting and therefore investigation commences in a planned time bound manner. Detailed plan of surveillance and investigation is maintained of honesty truthfulness accuracy and confidentially of each case, to use computerized control.

Surveillance and Investigation:

Apart from institutional security TIGER GROUP also offers a wide range of investigative service which includes: Insurance Investigation like enquiry into fraudulent burglary, riots, fire, death, arson and compensation claims.

Matrimonial Investigation:

Includes investigation into polygamy, dowry, deaths .divorce etc.

Missing Persons Investigation:

Includes missing Indian or foreign national, locating kidnapped children, adolescent runaways and pre-employment screening.

Surveillance:

Specialized surveillance services and results with proof by highly mobile crack teams. Undercover Agents for collection of intelligence data about union activities all kinds of information useful for management.

Other Services:

Protection against Gheraos, Frauds, Intimidation, Patent / Trade Mark. Infringements as well as pre-strike information Electronic Gadgets counter measure and so on.

3 SPECIALISED TASKS FORCE DIVISION

Headquarters Specialized Task Division:

Consists of Security Professionals who undertake specialized security tasks required by the client. All the assignments are accepted only after careful examination of the case and all out efforts are made to produce the results to the satisfaction of the clients.

Executive Protection Wing:

Specializes in providing protection to clients as per their individual requirements before providing the services of this wing, each case is examined carefully keeping in view the threat to the Executive. Only after detailed study and discussion the protection plans are drawn. Those are mix of overt and convert protection plan.

Aviation Security Wing:

Is highly specialized wing with professionals exposed to Aviation Security. The group is capable of taking up all aspects of aviation security from identification to planning and execution.

Cash Carrying Wing:

Comprising of cash van with armed guard and Radio communication, with the back up support of special task force, responsible successful cash carrying operations.

4 SECURITY SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT DIVISION

This Division keeps itself abreast with the latest developments in security devices. Security professional with in –depth knowledge of electronic security systems man the division. the group develops cost effective integrated security as per the requirement of the client to achieve maximum security on minimum cost.

5 SECURITY CONSULTANCY & DESIGNING DIVISION:

This Division is headed by the experts in security designing. The division provides the services in security designing, security audits, risk analysis, loss prevention management training to senior & middle management in offices and business and commercial organization. This Division has expertise to identify the areas where losses are occurring to help the management in reduction of losses.

7UTILITY SERVICE DIVISION

This Division has started recently keeping in view the change of market trend and also the repeated demand of clients of provision of different utility services. Presently we are making provision of following utility service personnel. The personnel are provided on contractual basis under the direct control and supervision of the supervisory staff of TIGER GROUP. All these personnel are provided with the uniforms specially designed matching with their job requirement.

Peons:

The peons will be fully trained as per the need of the office requirements.

Gardeners:

The gardeners will be fully trained in the field of gardening

Lift Operators:

The lift operators will be fully trained in the operation of lift

Cleaners:

The cleaners will be fully trained in carrying out their job efficiently.

Electricians:

The electricians will be experts in their profession.

6 SECURITY TRAINING AND H.R.D. PROVISION:

This Division consists of team of experts in training and is not only responsible for provision of in house training to all level employee’s and senior arrangements as well as by conducting the workshop of different subjects related security safety fire preventation and control executive protection and office security etc. This Division also undertakes security designing of the new project as well as the old ones to suggest the best combination security systems, equipment’s and manpower to provide the maximum security measures and physical barriers to prevent the losses happening due to theft, pilferage, misappropriation , frauds , losses due to negligence fire and labour unrest etc.
