Terms and Conditions

PERIOD OF CONTRACT

The contract shall be undertaken for a minimum period of one Year.

SUITABILITY

We are providing you well experienced, physically fit and reliable person.

REPLACEMENT

In case if persons are not found suitable, we will replace them immediately with better substitute.

RENEWAL OR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

For termination of contract, the client can

(a) issue us a contract termination letter with one month notice. Accordingly, on lapse of the allocated period of one month, we shall withdraw our guarding personnel after clearance of our full & final dues vide demand draft only.

(b) Terminate the contract instantaneously on clearance of our full and final dues vide demand draft only. If we do not receive the contract termination letter at least a month prior to our contract expiry date, the contract shall remain in force till we receive one-month notice.

FUNCTIONING TOOLS

During the pendency of the contract, for systematic functioning at the client’s location, the client shall provide our guarding personnel with proper security cabin, Tables, Chairs. Uniform/Shoes/Belt etc. will be provided by us (Contractor) to the employees.

PAYMENT

Payment of our bill shall be made by you within 7 days from the date bill is received, Failing which shall charge 36% interest p.a. on our total outstanding amount.

DEDUCTION

The client will not deduct any amount from monthly bill arbitrarily and without our prior concurrence except 1% TDS. Prior to any sort of deduction, the client has to send a written intimation to the concerned office and only after our acceptance on our official letter head, the amount can be deducted.

RE-EMPLOYMENT

The client shall not offer direct/indirect employment to any of our employee/s during the tendency of the contract or thereafter, at least for a minimum period of one year after termination of our contract. If our employee is directly /indirectly enrolled within the period as stated above, the client shall be liable to pay us the amount equivalent to one year gross salary of that individual.

None of our employees shall be paid any amount by you as advance or loan, etc. if done so; it will be at your risk and responsibility.

JURISDICTION

Our entire contract is subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only
